What an interesting and unknown time we’ve navigated through recently, with many positive as well as challenging outcomes. Its been a period of reassessing, forced stillness and quieting down. A lot of doing things differently. For me personally after an initial period of fear and uncertainty things opened up and Ive embraced what’s on offer via zoom that I wouldn’t normally expose myself too, I took my teaching on line which was a crash course but I warmed to it. Ive enjoyed being in my garden and slowing down. Its been interesting to hear all the gamut of experiences this event has been for people.
Now we get to stretch out a little, tentatively…
Keeping in mind the uncertainty of how this event is still unfolding I am offering Face to face yoga classes and will continue with some online Zoom classes.
So very grateful to those of you who travelled this new and evolving platform of online classes, your support and feedback has been appreciated.
Term 3 Yoga
Starting Monday 13th July
Bookings essential for all classes (I will only run classes with adequate numbers) Book here
I hope you will continue to support yourself in your yoga practice, at home or in class. As things slowly shift to doing things together, many of us will be looking forward to connecting with others and being guided in person with face to face teaching. Others of you will continue to enjoy online practice in your own home and and in your own time. How ever you choose to practice yoga remember that it is so beneficial for stabilising the mind, the nervous system and our immune health. It is a solid tool for keeping us steady in times of change!
