Young Chefs Masterclass
PorkStar’s Carla Jones gave her time to share the secrets of nose-to-tail dining with Tasting Success chefs. Tasting Success is a mentoring program for female chefs, aimed at fostering their development and helping them embark on a career to senior leadership positions in the restaurant industry.
