Reflecting on 2021, looking forward to 2022

1. We got to meet some amazing people in the board game community by attending virtual and physical events all year
2. We added Judy to our team, she has been focused on artwork which we have shared below
3. After hours of playtests we finalised the base rules for Cake of Doom! 

1. The next step for us is to progress the physical aspects of the game, that means components, manufacturing and logistics.
2. We are excited to meet even more people at events. This year we will be attending even more events than last year, including UK Games Expo, AireCon and more.
3. Launch Cake of Doom!! We are planning to crowdfund in Autumn 2022 and we cannot wait!!

Introducing new card back designs

Over the last few weeks we've been working on new card designs, specifically the card backs. In Cake of Doom, the back of the cards give you hints about your opponents hands, to help you figure out if other players are collecting cakes to make their next move or gathering sabotages & actions to foil everyone else. 

We've narrowed down the options to two groups of card backs and we'd love to have your feedback on which card back is best. You can find a feedback form here to capture your thoughts or simply drop us an email.
