Watts Jr. (INSIGHT Honorary Chairman) was joined by INSIGHT Congressional Co-Chairs, INSIGHT partners including the Black Republican Congressional Staff, Hispanic Conservative Staff, Asian-Pacific Staff, and over 300 supporters and notable attendees at the Inaugural Launch Reception for INSIGHT America.  The event was held in the Heritage Foundation’s Allison Foyer.

Congressman Watts articulated his vision for a Congress that reflects the multi-faceted diversity of our nation. " The INSIGHT launch is the culmination of several years of work by a diverse and dedicated group of current and former Capitol Hill staff focused on making our nation better by ensuring every community is fully engaged in the legislative process.  Through investments in internships, professional development, policy discussions, and networking INSIGHT will ensure today's communities are positioned to positively impact tomorrow's America."
