Camping At 12,500 Feet ... Life In Ecuador!

For this year's Carnaval holiday break, which is similar to Spring Break except for the Ecuadorian tradition of people throwing water on each other, Phil organized a Casa Gabriel camping and hiking trip! The boys camped near Mount Cotopaxi and had a great time of team building, spiritual growth, and experiencing God in nature. We are very thankful for Edgar, the weekend house-dad who went on the five-day trip with the boys, and to Saul, a friend of the ministry with years of outdoor adventure experience who planned and led the trip, making it a very meaningful time. Check out the photos below, and thank you for all of your support which makes it possible to have a home and share God's love and grace (and the occasional adventure) with these boys.
