Giveway Drawing for Five in a Row Vol 1

Every new homeschool mom needs this--especially if you have little ones!

Five in a Row Giveaway; in a Row may be the only curriculum you need for a pre-schooler! It teaches you how to really read a book to your children, by giving you ideas on how to look at the illustrations, focus in on the characters, talk about the setting, and the history, and the language arts elements of the story.

Maybe you don't have little children, but if  you know a mom who does, enter this drawing and give her this book (if you can bear to part with it!)

This is Classic Homeschooling Curriculum!

I have enjoyed this summer of Fable fun!

And now it's time to get ready for our Fable Writing Contest!

Contest kicks off Friday, August 23rd, so be looking for an email with the contest link and other details.

We have prizes for all ages, and a free gift for all our Summer Writing Program friends who submit a fable!

Check out some of the prizes for the Fable Writing Contest!

Finishing Your Fable with a Flair
Week 8

  • You've learned that a story needs a beginning, middle, and end.
  • You've selected two clever characters for your fable.
  • You've put them into an interesting situation and given them a problem that teaches a lesson, and you've added some dialogue to spice it up and keep it interesting.
  • Now it's time to write it down, tweak it, revise it, tell it aloud, read it to friends, cut it down to size, and submit it to the Injoy, Inc. Fable Writing Contest which kicks off Friday, August 23rd!

Creating an Author Bio

There's just one more thing to do. Every author needs to write a bio (a biography) that tells a little about them.

Submitting a Fable for the Writing Contest

After you do all of that, it's time to submit your fable to the contest! Go here for more details, and we'll send another email on Friday when the Fable Writing Contest kicks off with the link for submitting your fable!

Writers are so much fun, and we enjoy talking with you about your writing projects. Be sure to like the facebook page and while you're there, subscribe to our free newsletter, Injoy Ink.
