Two Exciting Updates!
Hello friends!
I hope you are all thriving!
I have two terrific upcoming projects I'd love to share with you.
First, I'm very excited to perform the Beethoven Piano Concerto #3 in c minor, Op. 37 with the American Chamber Orchestra at Norwalk City Hall at 7:30pm on November 6, 2021. You can get tickets at their website for $20 adult/$10 student at their website. I hope to see you there!

Secondly, I'm really eager to tell you about the launch of my Southern Italian Piano Project. The initial step of this project is to perform a recital of music of all eras by composers from southern Italy. Certainly, Domenico Scarlatti and Cimarosa will be familiar to you, perhaps Cilea, too, but the other composers - Bonamici, Longo, Pilati, Eliodoro and Giovanni Sollima - are likely less so. Their music is spectacular!

I'll perform this program twice in Connecticut in the spring (March/April, exact dates and locations TBD), and in New York in Mary Flagler Cary Hall at the DiMenna Center for Classical Music on Friday, May 20, 2022 at 8:00pm.
Tickets will be available via EventBrite closer to the event.

Performing a recital in New York City is not free. I've launched a Kickstarter to tell you more about my passion for this project. Even if you're not in a position to donate, I'd love for you to watch the video full of my recordings of some of the music on the program and a discussion of why I am choosing this music. You can see it all here:

In a week or so, I launch a website about the project here that I'll be adding to quite frequently this fall and winter. It's not ready yet, but it will be, soon.

Please feel very, very free to share the word with anyone you think might enjoy this under-performed repertoire!

I've made a few updates to my regular website as well (including new videos and pictures), and you can find that at

As always, I appreciate all your support, and I hope to see you at one of my performances soon!

Thank you so much!
Yours, Alexis
