Parents Meeting
Some of our parents met with our Programme Coordinator Ritu to discuss portfolios, KidReports and general feedback. KidReports is the digital management and communiction tool that we are using at Home2Grow. A great way for educators and parents to communicate and document the child's learning journey. The Home2Grow philosophy was discussed. The importance of learning through play and everyday activities during the preschool years forms the basis of more formal learning which takes place later in the child's life. The most important influence a parent can have on their child's future learning is to read with the child everyday to form a good foundation of literacy.
