Introducing David Russell CEO at Guardian Wealth Management Qatar.
David Russell was born in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1979 and attended the prestigious Edinburgh University Law School, attaining an Honours Degree as a Bachelor of Laws. Soon after graduating, David joined Guardian Wealth Management in Geneva, helping from inception to establish an office which is now regarded as one of the leading providers of financial advice to the employees of many international organisations.
David was later promoted to GWM's emerging headquarters in Brussels, serving a successful five year tenure. During this time he established the company as a leading player in the international market, frequently advising the diplomatic staff of NATO and the European Commission on their personal finances while living internationally. With the expansion of the company into the Middle East, David was elected to take over the reigns as the Senior Executive Officer of Qatar from CEO David Howell in January 2011.
David brings a wealth of experience to the Qatar office as well as a sound legal background which stands him in very good stead in ensuring the team in Qatar bring the best in financial advice to our many expatriate clients. David Russell holds the Diploma in Investment Advice from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments in London.
