On a scale of one to ten, how would you rate your career satisfaction over the course of 2014?
 
It’s hard to believe we’re drawing to the end of another year. Now is a great time to pause, step back, reflect and assess where you are. Take some time to read 14 Strategies for Finding Your Career Groove and see what points resonate with you and use this as a jumping off point to reflect on what worked and what didn’t in 2014.
 
We’ve found taking time out for some “belly button gazing” when it comes to career/life planning to be invaluable. After this exercise, you may want to a) schedule a personal planning retreat, b) consider setting up an appointment with a career coach (read Why You Need a Coach, but Probably Don’t Know It, or c) sitting down with your partner or a friend to share your thoughts.
