Dear <<First Name>> ,
Holidays are over and for most of the people live is back to normal. In our dushi Korsou temperatures are rising before the rain season will start in October.
But first we are going to enjoy the 5th anniversary of the North Sea Jazz Curacao on 30 and 31 August. We hope you were able to get your tickets because it's going to be busy. Most of the hotels are fully booked especially the ones in the Piscadera area.
One of the main acts this year will be Bruno Mars, who gave a smashing performance during the Superbowl halftime (115 million viewers!) earlier this year. We are sure you will enjoy the terrific line up on Friday and Saturday and are already looking forward to next year.
For the more dance and techno enthusiasts there is another event planned. The number 1 DJ of the world, DJ Hardwell is going to perform at the Face It festival on September 19th at Kleine Werf in Willemstad. Festivals like these together with the Curacao festivals Sulegria, Amnesia and Smash the House make that our island is becoming more and more the musical center of the Caribbean.
Leaves us to say we hope you will enjoy this news letter.
Saturday, August 23rd, 2014 we hosted an open house at Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort. One of the main attractions was the sale of lots in a new parcellation plan situated in section P. This section is located on a hill just behind the beach. Fabulous views guaranteed. The lots are somewhat smaller than the average lot size at the resort and they have the advantage that holiday rental is permitted.
Open house at Blue Bay
The visitors of the open house were also very interested in the new development on Blue Bay Beach called Beach Apartments. Construction for this unique project is planned to start in the first quarter of 2015.
If you have not been able to join us or if you would like to receive further information on these projects or any of the other Blue Bay projects, please contact your agent. They are always willing to help.
