GGHH Launches Guidance Documents and Webinar Series

2014 has been an incredible year for GGHH! 242 new members – a mix of hospitals, health systems and organizations – have joined, the staff has grown and expanded to many parts of the world and many members have written case studies to share their actions and progress.

In this context, GGHH is proud to announce the launch of a series of Guidance Documents for members. Written by experts in the field, and reviewed by their peers, these documents provide practical actions that GGHH members can take to reduce their environmental footprint and promote environmental health in each of the 10 goal areas. In 2014, GGHH published the Water and Energy Guidance Documents.

In January 2015, GGHH is excited to launch a new benefit for members: a global webinar series. The first in the series will highlight the GGHH Guidance Document on Water, which will be presented by GGHH Policy Director, Scott Slotterback. The seminar will also present case studies from GGHH members demonstrating successes in the reduction of hospital water consumption. Stay tuned for more information!
