Get Ready for the "2020 Health Care Climate Challenge"!

Climate change, as The Lancet Commission put it in 2009, is "the biggest public health threat of the 21st Century." Health care can reduce its own significant carbon emissions and provide leadership for a healthy climate. GGHH is organizing the 2020 Health Care Climate Challenge (HCCC) to mobilize health care around the world to protect public health from climate change.

The 2020 HCCC is an opportunity for health care to become a global climate leader and help foster climate friendly health care.

The 2020 HCCC will be launched in a rolling series of events around the world over the course of 2015. In Paris this December, health care leaders from every continent will announce their 2020 commitments during the UN Climate Conference. Stay tunned for more updates!
