GGHH in 2016- A Growing and Evolving Network

As we reach the end of the year, we look back at what was another 12 months of incredible growth and evolution for GGHH. New membership milestones were reached and surpassed as our network grew by 20% to 735 members in 40 countries, representing the interests of over 20,900 hospitals and health centers. This growth is a key indicator of the movement of sustainable health care into mainstream practice in every corner of the globe.

As the work of our members advances so do the tools and resources GGHH provides to support them. 2016 saw the launch of our Hippocrates Data Center, the first international platform of its kind designed for the health sector to measure actions towards reducing its environmental footprint. Hippocrates also marks the achievement of our internal goal to provide a comprehensive suite of tools and resources to our members to support them every step of the way on their sustainability journey.

We look forward to 2017 and our continued work and collaboration together to achieve sustainable, low-carbon health care.
