Natalie LP Therapy/The Powell Team Newsletter #2

Dyslexia Specialist Qualification

I’ve specialized in dyslexia for the entire length of my practice but now I have the official specialist qualification, which will establish me as an expert at IEP meetings and open up more speaking engagement opportunities. The application process involved submitting 3 case studies of 10 pages each, a personal statement, a CV, a passing score on the Knowledge and Practice Examination for Effective Reading Instruction (KPEERI), and 3 letters of recommendation. Now I’m done with certifications… until next year, when I get my broker’s license 😜

The Powell Team Updates

My mom’s listings in Cameron Park are both pending and my buyer just completed the pre-approval process with our trusted lender partner. If you’re thinking of buying or selling in the East Bay, El Dorado County, Placer County, or nearby areas, we are ready to assist you.

I offer in-depth, literacy-specific assessments for 1/4 the cost of psych assessments at 3 locations: PlaySpace Therapy in Walnut Creek, It Takes the Village in El Dorado Hills, and Temple Bat Yam in South Lake Tahoe. Information here.
