- Maybe it was the day you became engaged to your spouse or the day your first child was born.
- Perhaps it was the day you landed your dream job or got that well-deserved promotion.

When I’m experiencing a moment of pure joy, my heart feels lighter. I feel like I’m floating so high above the worries and cares of my life that I reach a place where they don’t even exist. It feels like I am transported to an oasis where life is exhilarating and deeply satisfying. It feels great.
