Update on Online Chinese Class

Thanks to the support of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Covid Emergency Grant, since the end of March 2022, Unison has been providing Online Chinese Enhancement classes for 50 ethnic minority children of K2 to P2 level. After just a month of launch of our project; we got some positive feedback from the parents about the classes and language improvement they noticed in their kids.

Here is what parents have to say: “The interesting thing I noticed in my kids is their excitement in learning new words through games, drawings and writing Cantonese characters. Teacher is very patient and the lesson is lively.” “When someone talks to them in simple Cantonese; they mostly answered in Cantonese too; not like before staying quiet.  Now they got talkative.”
