The horrific death of George Floyd rocked our nation to the core. In this moment of national mourning and outrage, our hearts are broken with pain, anger and sorrow. "Not Racist" Is Not Enough

I'd like to believe that growing up in a diverse community and being taught from birth that we are all equal would make me somehow immune from being racist. It doesn't.
