Alaska Constituency Session

The Alaska Conference will hold their 18th regular constituency session this Sunday, Sept. 20. The session will be livestreamed to the Alaska Conference Facebook page and website, as well as on the Northwest Adventists YouTube channel.

Gladstone Fire Evacuation Site

NPUC Virtual Camporee

The North Pacific Union Conference Virtual Camporee, Sept. 18–20, is rapidly approaching. You won't want to miss out! It's important that you register TODAY. The North Pacific Union is gearing up to start another Growing Young cohort for churches and schools that want to better engage their young people. Joining the 2020–2021 cohort gives you access to digital summits, webinars, coaching and the Growing Young Assessment. This year, the cohort and all summits will be facilitated through Zoom. An Increasing Divide?

This year, the murders of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery and Breonna Taylor and the shooting of Jacob Blake have sparked a nationwide conversation about racial justice. One might assume that the events of 2020 have increased awareness of racial injustice in the United States and motivation to address it. New Barna research, however, shows that the story isn't so straightforward. In the church especially, there is a sense that people are doubling down on divides.
