Churches Should Stay the Course

In a ruling issued late on Thanksgiving Eve, the U.S. Supreme Court enjoined the state of New York from implementing gathering restrictions on churches.
 
This ruling is specific to the executive order issued by the New York State governor and does not apply nationwide. 

Until the temporary injunction is appealed, it is important that NPUC churches continue to observe state and local guidelines, and avoid unnecessary risks.
