It's Autumn...
As the nights begin to draw in, thoughts turn to comforting soups, casseroles and slow cooking in the kitchen. There's lots of lovely seasonal produce available at Dig-In Bruntsfield this autumn, including Scottish turnips, cauliflowers and savoy cabbage. We also have some lovely foraged chanterelle mushrooms which are proving very popular with you all (get them while you can!). Our organic veg range continues to grow with the latest harvest of Scottish celery, purple haze carrots and red kuri squash. As one season ends another begins, and on the fruit side we have the last of the Fife-grown berries but the first of the new UK apples coming in - perfect for crumble!
