Quarterly Report

The NDIS Quarterly Report for April-June 2016 is now available
In an outstanding result, the Report shows that trial has been successfully completed on time and on budget – which is not only a great result for the NDIS but also reflective of the commitment and effort of our partners.
Importantly, participant satisfaction continued to remain high with 95 per cent of people’s experience either good or very good.

ACT & Southern NSW Market Position Statement

The ACT economy will be boosted by $160 million a year and 1000 new jobs thanks to the arrival of the NDIA. The Market Position Statement (MPS) for ACT and Southern NSW has been released and outlines the opportunities the NDIS will create for disability providers.

FAQ - Who can access specialist disability
housing or accommodation?

Around 6 per cent of all NDIS participants by 2020 are expected to have funding for SDA included in their plans. Where participants do not meet the criteria for SDA, but require housing assistance – other NDIS funded supports may be considered to assist with increasing sustainability of tenancy. Did you miss the Tasmanian Market Position Statement?

The Tasmanian Market Position Statement (MPS) shows investment in disability support in Tasmania is expected to more than double in the next three years and that the Scheme is expected to generate 1,750 new full-time jobs.
