Born with cerebral palsy, Harrison Klose struggled learning to walk and talk. But after getting the correct supports via the NDIS, the three year old is fast making up for lost time.

"All of Harrison's supports have been fantastic and they are definitely the reason he has progressed so much in the last year," says mum Rachel.

Spinal injuries caused by a stroke set keen cyclist Tim Sanders on a route he never imagined.

Determined to get back in the saddle, he pushed past life's unexpected speed hump – and completed recently a 40km race on his NDIS-funded and custom-build recumbent trike.

A Tasmanian disability service provider says business is prospering thanks to the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

The provider has increased services by 10 per cent – adding four new supported accommodation sites and transitioning 100 people to the NDIS.
