Santa triumph for James

James Brown shown playing Santa'Being Santa really meant the world to him and I loved seeing how much he enjoyed it.'

James, 29, was born with severe autism, has limited speech and has found it difficult to interact in large groups. After his parents separated, he lost his enjoyment of Christmas.

James' sister Jessica, mum and his carers have worked hard at restoring his Christmas spirit and now Santa is one of his favourite people. He took great pleasure in volunteering to play Santa recently with Rose by his side as helper

No stopping Tina in 2015

Tina Gulino is set to return to study in 2015 and complete her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Meanwhile, through her NDIS plan, she has increased her civic participation, chairing the Barwon Disability Resource Council and sharing NDIS participants' experiences, and more!

Harry's hitting the social scene

Brothers Thomas and Harry. 'The NDIS has definitely improved our lives'

Harry can’t control his body but with a high-tech eye-gaze computer he's communicating better. His family has started exploring social options for Harry, something they couldn't even contemplate prior to the NDIS. With his new manual wheelchair he recently went to the beach with classmates and he'll be able to travel on planes.
