Deinstitutionalisation of children & persons with disabilities

Over 50 representatives from ministries from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Ukraine and other stakeholders discussed experiences and challenges of transitioning children and persons with disabilities from institutional to community-based settings (deinstitutionalisation).
