This past October, Art Therapy Program Director Dr. Marcia Rosal was invited to visit the Riga Stradins University in Latvia as a Fullbright Specialist.

INTERIOR DESIGN

For the third year in a row, the graduate program in the Department of Interior Design at Florida State University has been named the most admired program of its kind in the country in a national survey of deans and department chairs.

The School of Dance Assistant Professors, Dr. Jen Atkins and Dr. Hannah Schwadron have just returned from Iowa City where they presented research at the joint annual conference.

THEATRE

Darren Bagert, BFA Music Theatre (1992), is the lead producer on the Broadway revival of Side Show, a musical about the real-life conjoined twins and vaudeville performers Daisy and Violet Hilton.

FAR welcomed several students from Lincoln High School last weekend to partake in a Rhino workshop instructed by Windham Graves and Noah Z Brock.

The Florida State University Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training will be putting on a production of William Shakespeare’s As You Like It.

The Florida State University Master Craftsman Studio completed Declaration on Monday, November 24, 2014. 

MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS

The Museum of Fine Arts will host an Art & Antiques sale on December 4-6 and another exhibition of Graduating Artists which will begin November 21 - December 10.
