What's Up with Meal Planning?

Meal planning is a crucial strategy in eating well. Not only does it help you get food on the table, but savvy meal planning can help you save money, eat better, and eliminate waste.

I've been a huge fan of meal planning for years and I guess my kids have caught the fever. At bedtime they ask what's for breakfast. Every night without fail, someone asks.

I guess we could say that having a meal plan also gives your people something to look forward to in the morning.

If you're looking to up your game in the meal planning department, check out these free resources to help you get your meal plan on:

FREE Meal Plans to Print & Cook - Over the years I've put together a LOT of free meal plans. Most of them are housed over at my other blog, Life as Mom, but they are free to everyone, and you don't have to be a mom to use them.

Check out the list here.

Meal Planning 101 - This is a series that I wrote several years ago that gives you the tools to create your own meal plans that will enable you to eat well, save money, and get dinner on the table before bedtime.

It's like a class without having to leave your house. Read the series here.
