A U.S. Congressional Bill Threatens to Ban IVF
Let’s voice our opposition together
House of Representatives bill 586, commonly called “the personhood bill,” proposes sweeping legislation that would classify a fertilized egg as a person. That would mean assisted reproductive technologies such as IVF (in vitro fertilization) could be outlawed nationwide.
At TRM, we strongly believe these technologies should remain legal and freely available for men and women who are unable to conceive naturally. We hope you do too. The link below to a form from RESOLVE, The National Infertility Association, allows you to contact your House representative and voice your opposition to this bill. It only takes a minute or two.
