We highly encourage all dealers/distributors to use for support related issues; like warranty claims, tech issues, product information, even IT, data, and image requests!

Your questions and issues will be handled quickly by trained staff with this process, your requests will be trackable, and you can check the status of your request!  Requests are handled in a timely manner, and you will receive confirmation of your request!

Omix-ADA/Rugged Ridge has added a new drop-down window on the support web page for customers to place support requests, warranty claims, technical product support questions or even just general questions and requests like send me "Free Stickers".

By receiving written requests and questions (via the support link above) Omix can schedule and more effectively and efficiently prioritize your work and answer your questions.

One helpful hint to access this page quickly is for you to set the as one of your internet browser home pages or favorites in your browser toolbar.  That will make it easy to remember and easy to get to.
In Chrome, you can set this page as your home page by going to settings:

Then, under “On startup”, select “Open a specific page”, and click the “Set pages” link:

Then enter the URL and click “OK”:
