Book news

It's been an incredible three weeks since my book came out! Thanks to all of you for your support.

Asking me to pick my favorite coverage would be like asking which is my favorite kid; I'm archiving everything on my website, but for audio I might point you to my WNYC appearances on The Leonard Lopate Show and The Takeaway with John Hockenberry.

In print, BSR ran a nice extended interview; and What the Most Successful People Do Before Breakfast author Laura Vanderkam interviewed me for Fast Company.

After beleaguered G.M. chief Mary Barra commented on "the business case" for safety, I followed up with an op-ed for Fortune; in Reuters I suggest how we can trust BP now that the company is allowed to bid on new leases in the Gulf once again.

Finally, I penned a guest post for Dinner: A Love Story on shopping responsibly.

In the coming weeks I'll be at NYC's Center for Social Innovation, Columbia University, Rutgers Business School, Duke's Fuqua School of Business, and the University of Pennsylvania bookstore in Philadelphia. More on the events page on my website.

Will I see you? If not, where should I go to reach you and your colleagues and community?

As always, I'd love to hear what's on your mind. Please hit 'reply' at any time with your thoughts and join me on Twitter and Facebook.

The Evolution of a Corporate Idealist: When Girl Meets Oil

"Christine Bader shows she has a huge heart and a talented mind. We’re lucky she’s around to show us how to do it with drive, commitment, talent and brains. A great book."
