Improve Conflict Resolution and Relationship-Building Skills with Master's Level Restorative Practices Workshops! 
The International Institute of Restorative Practices (IIRP) Graduate School brings together leading research, theory and practice. During professional development workshops, you will learn the social science of relationships and community building. Participants will learn how to: 
  • Monitor personal reactions in stressful situations
  • Listen with empathy
  • Create shared understanding among conflicting parties
